Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Workforce and Workplace Assessment (DWWA)
BCT Partners has created a statistically validated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Workforce and Workplace Assessment (DWWA) instrument which assesses organizational culture and climate through the lens of DEI (i.e., behaviors and habits) in the following ten categories:

-
Employee Satisfaction
-
Support for Diversity
-
Perceptions of Culture and Climate
-
Supervisory Support
-
Diversity and Performance
-
Management Commitment and Responsiveness
-
Belonging and Inclusion
-
Diversity as a Strategic Management Competency
-
Employment Law
-
Workplace Incivility Issues
BCT Partners has successfully used this tool with many leading businesses (both for-profit and non-profit), health care, hospital, private philanthropic organizations, and federal, state, and local government agencies.

The DWWA can quantitatively offer insight into how many people feel a given way about a particular DEI issue, however, it cannot tell us why people feel the way they do. Therefore, we recommend supplementing our DWWA findings with follow-up focus groups to add color and context to our quantitative findings. Combining quantitative and qualitative research findings, BCT provides our clients with an evidence-based approach to developing a comprehensive DEI Strategic Plan.

We also offer a second assessment – the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Benchmarks Assessment (GDEIB) – to assess your organization’s DEI policies and practices and benchmark them against global standards.
