Overview
Our information technology consulting methodology is based on three basic principles. First, the organization's mission, not technology, should drive the use of technology. Second, strategies to use technology should build organizational capacity not reliance. Third, systems should always follow sound business and organizational processes. Based on these principles, we involve stakeholders from across the organization to create a holistic technology roadmap, establish new processes, develop leadership, and strengthen the organization's ability to sustain these efforts. BCT is capable of providing a wide range of technology consulting services in the areas of project management, business analysis, Microsoft Windows network infrastructure, and Microsoft SharePoint.
